Add/Edit Caption
PRO Free: single item only.
You can add a caption to describe a photo, and search by caption later.
In the System Library, captions are the same captions used by Apple Photos. Changes in HashPhotos appear in Apple Photos, and changes in Apple Photos appear in HashPhotos. When using iCloud Photos, they sync across devices.
If you share or transfer photos from HashPhotos, the caption can be written to photo metadata. (This depends on Settings > Privacy.)
On iOS 26 and earlier — HashPhotos managed this as a memo, stored only in HashPhotos, because iOS did not allow apps to add or edit Apple Photos captions. Caption from Apple Photos could be read but not edited. Existing memos are applied as captions on iOS 27 or later.
