Add Blur

Add a blur effect to part of a photo.

Add toolbar button
Add tools menu
Blur tool
  1. Open the editor.
  2. Tap the add (+) button on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Choose Blur.
  4. Paint the area to blur, then tap the checkmark to apply.
