Extract Image from Video PRO

From the Convert Menu

1. Open a video in the viewer.
2. Seek to the frame you want to save and pause the video.
3. Tap the actions button on the bottom toolbar.
4. Tap Convert > Save Current Frame Image.
5. Choose save options, then save.

From Video Controls

Saves immediately without opening the options screen.

1. Pause the video.
2. Tap the … button in the video controls.
3. Tap Save Video Frame as Photo.

With a keyboard: Shift + Cmd + S.

Uses the last save format options from Save Current Frame Image.
