Manage keywords, events, pinned items, storage, indexing, and data maintenance.
Keyword
- Keywords
- Manage keywords for the System and Local libraries. See Keywords.
- Pinned Keywords
- Choose which keywords appear pinned in the sidebar.
PRO Free: up to 3 keywords. - Import System Keywords
- Import keywords from the iOS Photos app.
- Update System Keywords
- Refresh imported system keywords.
Events
- Events
- Manage events registered in the right sidebar Timeline.
Album
- Pinned Albums
- Manage pinned albums and albums that were recent destinations in the add-to-album menu.
PRO Free: up to 5 pinned albums; up to 3 recent destination albums.
Storage & Indexing
- Storage Usage
- View how much storage HashPhotos data uses.
- Indexing
- Check indexing progress and configure indexing options.
Import Metadata
- Import Metadata
- Import keywords, rating, title, and description from photo metadata into the HashPhotos database. See Import Metadata.
- Rescan All Photos
- Re-import metadata from all photos.
- Scan New Photos
- Import metadata from photos added since the last scan.
Advanced

- Verify HashPhotos data integrity.
- Fix Data
- Repair data issues — useful after device restore or iOS update.
- Backup / Restore
- Back up or restore data managed by HashPhotos, including Local Library photo data. Photos in the System Library are not included.
