Album Types

Album: Albums in the System Library — the same photos and albums you manage in the Apple Photos app.
Shared Album: Collaborative albums shared with others via iCloud — photos added by participants appear in your library.
Synced Album: Albums synced from a Mac or other device using iTunes or macOS sync — not iCloud Photos.
Smart Album: Automatically collects photos that match a search filter — updates as your library changes.
Local Album: Albums in the Local Library — photos stored only within HashPhotos on your device, independent of Apple Photos.
Private Album: Passcode-protected albums in the Local Library for hiding private photos.
